
Rodolfo Dordoni was born in Milan in 1954. In 1979 he graduated in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano. Since then he started collaborating with Cappellini for ten years either as art director and coordinate image manager, and designing a wide range of furniture. His interest for a global business vision, in the following years, brought him to develop several project of the same kind. He uses to face both themes of Architecture and Industrial Design. He designs temporary exhibition setting up, a kind of putting dreams into practice, and buildings as well. Among the first ones: “La stanza si mette in mostra”, “Out of Scale, Mobili Maiuscoli”, “Shiro Kuramata” at Museo di Milano. He also took care of headquarter setting up for many firms and many international fairs. In 1995 he got in touch with fashion sphere, running a successful union with Dolce&Gabbana and D&G, starting to project their retail areas and show rooms worldwide. Nowadays he also follows fashion and design companies.
